1. Litti Chokha recipe

How to make litti – To make litti, first knead the dough by adding salt with curd. Now take sattu and add garlic and ginger paste to it, along with chopped onion in small size, add raw oil, lemon juice or even pickle masala. Now make small balls and fill it with sattu and deep fry it in oil or if you want, fry it in the fire and serve it with pure ghee after applying desi ghee.
How to make Chokha – Either roast the brinjal or boil it and remove its skin. Then mash the eggplant well. Then in a pan add onion and green chili and fry it. Now add all the spices and salt and fry for some time. Then add tomatoes and cook for few minutes. Now add mashed brinjal and peas to it. Cook it for 5 minutes and garnish it by adding green coriander leaves on top.
2. Dhuska Recipe
It is one of the very famous recipes of Bihar and Jharkhand. Which is made by grinding basmati rice and chana dal with green chillies and garlic. It is very easy to make. For this, soak rice and lentils in water 4 to 5 hours before and keep them. When the lentils and rice swell completely, then separate them from the water and grind green chilies, garlic in a mixer and make a paste of it.
Now add turmeric and salt to this batter. Now put it in the hot oil in the shape of a puri and fry it till it becomes golden and then take it out. You can eat Dhuska with potato tomato vegetable, chutney or pickle.
3. Baingan Bhaja Recipe
Brinjal Bhaja is a part of Bengali food, you can serve it with roti, rice for lunch or dinner. To prepare this dish, first cut the round slices of brinjal. Then put turmeric, chilli, salt, coriander, powdered sugar and all purpose flour on the cut pieces and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Now put oil on a nonstick tava (griddle) and fry the pieces of brinjal with spices on medium heat, then add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
4. Malpua recipe
If you went to Bihar and did not eat sweet malpuas, then did you not eat anything? It is very tasty in food which you can easily make at home. To make Malpua, first prepare sugar syrup. Then to make Malpua, first warm the milk in a pan, then after that add grated mawa and beat it.
Now add some flour in this mixture and beat, then add some flour and mix well so that lumps do not form. Now add fennel and baking soda to this mixture and mix it. Now put ghee in the pan and heat it and bake it by adding ghee in a round shape with the prepared mixture. Then after dipping it in sugar syrup, take it out after some time and put pistachios, grated coconut on it and serve it with rabri or kheer.
5. Chawal ka pitha Recipe
