- Hold the pose for 30 seconds to a minute, then release and repeat on the other side.
Bhujangasana
Bhujangasan yoga pose is very effective for strengthening the breast muscles. Try this asana on an empty stomach. In the beginning, you may face some difficulty in taking a position like Bhujangasan, but in the initial days, practice staying in this position for 15 to 20 seconds. If you are facing trouble for the first time, then do it for a short time.

- Keep your elbows bent and close to your body, and look straight ahead or slightly up.
- Hold the pose for 30 seconds to a minute, then exhale and slowly lower your body back to the ground.
Parvatasana

To get into this posture, you have to breathe inward and stretch your arms and legs properly. This can be done under the open sky.
